The resulting wonder material does it all—looks good, vents well in the summer, and thanks to some built-in mechanical stretch, is remarkably comfortable to wear, on and off the bike.

John Doe uses a dead simple knee armor adjustment system that just plain works. And we've seen them all.
The brilliant “bullseye” positioning system printed on the armor pocket lets the wearer target exactly where the knee armor needs to be. One can then record the position in relation to the provided reference marks, and then removal and re-installation becomes a cinch.
