Orders $40 and over qualify for our free shipping, which will be sent via UPS or USPS at the discretion of Union Street Garage, LLC; DBA: Union Garage.
Customers also will have at the checkout page the chance to select the shipping method of their choice. We offer shipping services by UPS, USPS, FedEX and DHL.

Shipping Turnaround and Cutoff Times
We do our best to process incoming orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received by 10AM on regular business days will be processed the same day. Orders received after 10AM or on weekends or holidays will be processed to ship out the following business day.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up, will be subject to the various service fees billed to us by shipping providers.
If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via USPS or UPS. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your order. Customs declarations will be filled out to reflect the true value amount of the transaction. We cannot falsify customs forms, but if you’re looking to have merchandise shipped to you from a friend or family member as a gift, consider a US based contact—who we can ship to for free on qualifying orders.
Import duties are at the sole discretion of the countries that we ship to, and all duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Union Garage offers the option of in-store pickup. If you are purchasing from out of state, we encourage you to enter the store address as the “ship to” address, so that local sales tax is calculated correctly. If you order for in-store pickup with an out-of-state shipping address, we will still process and hold your order, but sales tax will be due upon pickup.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for products purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

Union Garage is not otherwise responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience a lost or stolen package, we highly recommend filing a police report immediately, as this will help elevate your claim with the carrier (we typically use UPS or USPS) or with your homeowners or renters insurance policy.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Union Garage Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Union Garage will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.

We offer a 30-day return policy on new, unused merchandise with all original tags and packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Either send the item back on your own to arrive at the store no later than 30 days after the original purchase date.
We would be happy to facilitate return shpping by sending an at-cost return label with the carrier of your choice - USP, or USPS only. Contact our support team at Support@uniongaragenyc.com in order to obtain an at-cost courtesy label, the cost of which will be communicated at the time we send it, and if you opt to use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but for exchanges our normal optional shipping policy applies for all orders over $40 going to the lower 48 states.
