Offered in 6-, 12-, 18-, 22-, and 32-liters, respectively, each OS bag is cross-compatible with other products in the range (eg: the tank bag adapter), and built with an even more rugged design spec than the already popular US series, which continues to be a best seller after more than 10 years in continuous production.

So why would Kriega want to rock the boat and come out with a modular bag series so close in spec to it’s longtime bestseller? 

Because the demands off-road riding justified a new and purpose-built series of bags optimized to work on the ever-growing number of bikes in the dual-sport, Adventure and Enduro categories.

These bags work brilliantly on street bikes as well. And in fact we’ve found some riders prefer slightly cleaner and simpler mounting system—fewer buckles and straps, same great build quality and functionality.

This OS-22 is the second-biggest of the OS series. It’s a generously sized, bulletproof saddlebag and can be used individually on one side of a bike, in pairs, or mixed and matched with other OS bags. It differs from the OS-32 only in that it has a thinner profile, and is ideal for exhaust-side applications, or just anyone looking to streamline their bike's clearance profile.

It mounts via a 4-point connection system and hypalon-reinforced Nylon webbing loops with quick-releasing alloy buckles. It can can connect to a bike’s existing hard-case pannier rack, or via one of the universal mounting platform plates Kriega offers.

BMW GS 1200/1250 riders, for example, might choose to use an OS-32 on the non-exhaust side, and this slightly thinner 22-liter OS-22 on the exhaust side, with a combination of a 16-20mm Universal Platform on one side, and the slick BMW GS specific exhaust-side mounting plate on the other. 

The roll-top feature is secured by two quick-release side buckles, and a pair of overbuilt cam buckles help tension the cover down while they hold the bag in place.
