These pants zip directly into the jacket of the same name (or with a little extra effort, into any jacket), providing one-piece waterproofing and extra peace of mind should you go down.
The LP-2 armor from D3O at the knees is adjustable to find the perfect fit, and the pants leather inner panels provide a nice extra grip feel at the tank, on or off the pegs. Big front thigh vents as well as back-of-leg exhaust vents help handle ventilation duties.
Specifically designed to handle the rigors of on- and off-road riding with equal aplomb, the Carlsbad Pan boasts a revamped venting system and maximized mobility. The main chassis is constructed of super tough FPL400 fabric and impact zones are reinforced further with 500D Karbonite Ripstop - as used in the Badlands Pro line.
If you do end up putting the Carlsbad Pants to the test, Klim's Crash Protection Guarantee has you covered—just send in all the required documentation (police report, photos, receipt within 5 years) and Klim will replace crash damaged gear at no charge.
