Like Kriega’s other packs the Hydro 3 sports a fully adjustable back-length. Once set, the pack is exceptionally convenient to use, with none of the harness strap re-adjustment necessary on conventional harness systems.

The adjustable back also allows the pack position to be moved up to allow large waistpacks to be also worn—such as the Kriega R3 or R8 Waistpack.

While the Hydro 3 itself can be worn with or without a waist strap – the manufacturer highly recommends using it for maximum stability, especially when carrying the full 3 liter (100oz) water capacity.

The whole package comes with a whopping 10-year warranty against failure.
