The fit of the K3 is slightly on the rounder side of the scale, which we use as a fitting tool to give folks a round-shape option that’s a little more competitively priced than the Arai Quantum-X.
An aerodynamic shell shape is optimized for stability and aggressive aesthetics and features an integrated, compact rear spoiler to reduce turbulence. The narrow chin bar is streamlined to help the helmet cut through the wind at high speeds, further increasing stability.
The helmet comes in just two shell sizes, but with four EPS liners offered between them; helping optimize fit while keeping the price point affordable.
The AGV K3 SV helmet incorporates a drop-down sun visor, which is why it recievse a DOT rating only, as the drop-down visor disqualifies it form SNELL ranking. The K3 is also communication-ready and features speaker pocket cut outs to minimize discomfort caused by Bluetooth speakers pressing into your ears.
