The 2019 Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

The 2019 Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

The NYC ride is just one of 137 different rides happening around the United States on the same day. Globally there are tens of thousands of riders participating in more than 100 countries. Industry City generously offered up an entire cobblestone city block as a meet-up spot—located right out Maglia Rosa Café, which opened early to serve up coffee and breakfast bites to fuel the ride. And as an incentive to get serious about fundraising we encouraged all riders participating to rack up at least $100—or about double the ride's average fundraising total. Then on the last Sunday in September, you don your most dapper duds and join in a parade route around New York City, with up to 700 other like-minded individuals. All proceeds are channeled through the Movember foundation, which in turn funds a variety of men's health initiatives ranging from cancer research and awareness advocacy, to suicide prevention. There are a few days left to contribute if you haven't already. Find out more at Gentlemansride.com
