 The outer shell is constructed of lightweight yet abrasion resistant twisted yarn poly material with a water repellent finish. All outer pockets feature waterproof zippers, and the classic utility pocket has been moved to the right arm for ease of use while on the throttle.

When unzipped the period-correct safety orange liner really makes this jacket pop.

In a welcome departure, this and other new RSD jackets now come with Sas-Tec CE Level 1 elbow and shoulder armor inserts.

The back protector pocket is a specific size/shape unique to RSD jackets, also available in the same super flexible Sas-Tec material, which is sold separately.
