Gerbing's Coreheat12 motorcycle jacket liner uses patented MicroWire heating pads with thermostats for even heat distribution and safety. Like its other MicroWire products this jacket liner will heat up to 135 degrees Fahrenheit—warm enough to keep you toasty without burning your skin.
If you’re also going to be using Gerbing heated gloves, this jacket liner features convenient cords concealed in zippered pockets at each wrist.
Note: While you can technically plug this product directly into the battery with the included wiring harness, we strongly recommend using a single- or dual-temp controller to modulate temperature. The goal with heated gear is to remain temperature neutral—not too hot, not too cold. And being able to adjust heat with the turn of a dial helps achieve that objective. Unless you’ll only be using one product (Jacket Liner + Gloves tends to be the most popular option) we also strongly suggest getting the dual-temp controller so that you can adjust different articles of clothing as needed.
