The Miles riding jeans are close cousins of our best-selling Copper jeans—also from Alpinestars—except they a have a slightly different cut, and bumped-up performance specs.
First, they get increased genuine DuPont Kevlar paneling at the seat and knee—better coverage all the way down the back and front, and the material is clad in a lightweight comfort liner that feels much cooler on the skin.
They also come with CE-certified Nucleon KR-H Hip protectors, not the thin foam pad Aplinestars sells some of its other jeans with. Reflective details at the cuff add a discreet dash of safety. The fit is regular with a slightly tapered leg.
Like the Alpinestars Copper jeans, Tom Carpenter and Dixon moto pants, these pants come sized by waist only. If you take an extra-long or extra-short pant leg, you’re probably out of luck. They can easiliy be hemmed if needed, and the height of the knee armor is adjustable.
> Internal knee compartment allows adjustment of CE certified knee armor
> Reflective detailing on bottom of leg for improved rider visibility
> Overstitched bar-tacks instead of metal rivets
> Leather belt patch and coin pocket
